ALL LIVE SALES ARE FINAL MEANING THAT THERE ARE NO RETURNS .

ALL LIVE SALES ON DMs are final .


By submitting your payment , and claiming crystals during the

live sales , or during a DM you fully agree to these terms .

RETURN/REFUND DUE TO DAMAGE BY SHIPPING COMPANY

Packages are securely packed accordingly with bubble wrap and precautions , your package will have “Fragile” stickers all around .

It is RARE for any crystals to show up damaged , If any crystals inside your box shows up broken in half , we will replace it or refund you the value amount of the crystal to your original payment source , Keep in mind that if a crystal is in two pieces , you have to surrender the broken crystal to us , by shipping it back , we cover the cost of shipping .

If any of your crystals show up chipped but full in one piece , we will refund you %5 to %10 from your payment .

Keep in mind that any refunds or replacements for damaged , broken , chipped crystals will take approximately 25 days to process after you send us photos of the box and the crystal ( without sending photos , you wont get a refund) . YOU UNFORTUNATELY WONT BE GETTING A REFUND RIGHT AFTER YOU SEND PHOTOS . Please understand that once we recover the value , amount of money from the shipping company , you will receive the money , We will file a refund to the shipping company after we have photos from you . After we successfully get the refund amount value , approximately takes 25 days, we will refund you the items value or % for chipped crystals to your card or ship you the replacement if we have in stock , we cover the shipping.
